Kelly’s 15+ year career has been dedicated to a variety of IT roles. She is currently a Client Director at Dev10 where she enables individuals from diverse backgrounds to launch careers in tech. Prior to Dev10, she spent years as an IT program/change management consultant at various corporations (Target, UHG, Best Buy) and digital agencies. Kelly also serves on the board of Breakthrough Twin Cities, a non-profit supporting students on their journey to college & fostering a community of learning with the next generation of educators. The common thread through all her career experiences has been working with people to drive positive change.
