Road Construction!

It is road construction season in the Twin Cities! This includes Interstate 94 between Minneapolis and St. Paul. As of this posting, it is down to two lanes. Please double check what traffic will be like on your route during your travel times.

Parking

The “no worries” free parking is available at the Anderson Parking Ramp on the SW corner of Cretin Ave & Grand Ave. There is an above ground and below ground parking available in the ramp. Here is a Google Maps to Anderson Parking.

In addition, the "student" parking lots on campus are available. There are signs at the entrance of the lots that state a student parking permit is required, but for our day they are not required.

If you park on the street, please be aware of any parking restriction signs. The city monitors the streets. The University monitors their ramp and parking lots.

Dress code

We are in 4 buildings, walking outside, and on different levels within the buildings. Stairs and elevators are available. OSN is casual, but wear shoes like you would be walking between college classes.

Arrival

Everyone attending needs to check in at Registration. No tickets are needed. We will have registration lists.

Registration is located on the second floor of the Anderson Athletic & Recreation Complex, often referred to as the Field House (indoor track). Registration, sponsors, light breakfast, lunch, prize giveaway, and complimentary happy hour are all inside the Field House.

At Registration, we will have six tables, and the badges are sorted by Last Name:

Table 1, A – C

Table 2, D – H

Table 3, I – L

Table 4, M – P

Table 5, Q – S

Table 6, T – Z

After collecting your badge and attendee bag, if you requested an OSN attendee t-shirt, please visit the t-shirt tables next to Registration.

Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available to join for free on campus, “UST-Open”.

Volunteers

If you have any questions, please ask a volunteer. They will be wearing "watermelon" OSN Volunteer t-shirts.

There is also an Information table next to Registration.

Bingo Cards – MacBook Pros Giveaway

Once again, OSN is giving away 3 MacBook Pros! Inside your OSN Attendee Bag are 3 Bingo Cards – one Platinum, one Gold, and one Silver.

Visit OSN’s sponsors to fill your cards with stickers. Then drop off your completed card off at Registration in the corresponding labeled box. Complete all 3, and you have 3 chances to win a MacBook Pro.

As a bonus, many OSN sponsors will also have their own prize giveaways you can enter.

In addition

Gender neutral bathrooms and nursing rooms are availbable. Please see our information table next to registration for details.

Reminder, here is our Code of Conduct and our Health/Covid Policy. All of our buildings are handicap accessible.
