Nancy is Chief Technology O2icer at RB Global, the leading trusted global marketplace for

insights, services, and transaction solutions for commercial assets and vehicles. In this

ELT role, Nancy defines and leads the overall technology vision, strategy and talent

development for the technology organization, inclusive of cyber security, data science,

and infrastructure.

Nancy and her team help bring the RB Global purpose to life through technology

modernization and software capabilities across omni-channel and live auction events,

serving customers in more than 170 countries across a variety of asset classes, including

automotive, construction, commercial transportation, government surplus, energy,

mining, and agriculture.

Prior to RB Global, Nancy was Sr Vice President of Product Engineering at Target and

played a leading role through the retailer’s technology transformation and omni-channel

growth during her 18 year tenure. Notably, prior to leading product engineering, she

served as vice president of digital engineering, defining the tech strategy for Target’s

mobile apps, web, marketplace, and capability services through the pandemic and a

700% surge in growth.

Nancy has a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and more than 25

years of hands-on engineering leadership experience in Fortune 100 organizations. She

has been a long-term champion for diversity and inclusivity in tech and the local

community. She lives in the Twin Cities area with her husband and two sons who keep her

very busy outside of work.
