SHIPPING & RECEIVING: Items shipped to St. Thomas for use during the Event must be shipped for receipt on or after May 23, 2025.

Items shipped by freight or special courier should be shipped to: University of St. Thomas, 2115 Summit Avenue, Central Receiving, Cretin Avenue at Summit Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55105 – Attn: Marguerite von Duerckheim/Open Source North Conference.

Items shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS should be mailed to: Marguerite von Duerckheim, University of St. Thomas, Mail # 5049, 2115 Summit Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55105 – Attn: Open Source North Conference.

Please be sure to include your company's name on the boxes. Any items received by St. Thomas before May 23, 2025, may be subject to daily storage fees or may be returned to sender at sponsor’s expense. In addition, any parcels or pallets brought to the conference location may incur delivery fees.

For shipping items back to you, please box up, add pre-paid shipping labels, and leave them on your sponsor table. St. Thomas will gather and drop off boxes at their mail center.

Please note: The University does not have Saturday, Sunday, or Memorial Day delivery options.
