Lanna Niemeyer serves as the Vice President of Software Engineering, Quality Engineering, Agile Center of Excellence, and IT Portfolio at Prime Therapeutics. In this capacity, she leads teams responsible for software development, quality assurance, agile methodologies, and IT portfolio management. Under her leadership, Prime Therapeutics has been undergoing a digital transformation to modernize technology, automate processes, and enhance client and member experiences. This transformation includes transitioning from a project-centric to a product-centric model and adopting agile methodologies.
